Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled CAD Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Jewelry Industry to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry design and a strong proficiency in CAD software to create detailed and accurate designs for custom and production pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 2D/3D jewelry designs using CAD software, such as Rhino, Matrix, or other jewelry-specific CAD tools.
• Design and visualize custom jewelry pieces based on client specifications or market trends.
• Collaborate with jewelers, product designers, and engineers to ensure feasibility of designs for manufacturing.
• Generate detailed technical drawings, models, and prototypes for production.
• Modify and refine existing designs based on feedback and technical requirements.
• Stay updated on jewelry design trends and innovations to suggest creative ideas.
• Prepare accurate design files for 3D printing, casting, and other manufacturing processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, quality controls, and client expectations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation in any field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of CAD design experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in CAD software specific to jewelry design (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or similar).
• Jewelry Knowledge: Understanding of jewelry design principles, gemstones, and production methods.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to design precision and accuracy, particularly with small-scale and intricate jewelry pieces.
• Creative Mindset: Ability to combine artistic design with technical specifications.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and optimize designs for manufacturing and production.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing engagement rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and other types of jewelry.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering and visualization tools to present designs to clients.
• Experience in designing for both traditional and modern jewelry-making techniques.
• Understanding of gemstones and precious metals to ensure designs are practical and market-ready.
