Job Title: Shop Manager

Job Location: Nigeria

Experience: 3 years as Shop Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed Sales targets by both Value & Volume targets for the assigned store.
• Achieve agreed targets on Margins, Shrinkage, Loss Notes, Discount, Sales Return, Stock Cover, and Stock Ageing, resulting in achievement of agreed Profit Target at EBITDA
• Store Team reviews on actual performance versus budgeted targets based on 1 and 2 above, on a monthly basis, and agreed actions with timelines.
• Organize & ensure effective implementation of sales programs and brand strategies.
• Together with leadership, strategize to improve Average Bill Value and number of bills.
• Provide hands-on Leadership, Direction, necessary support & engage with the concerned Store Managers – constantly review manpower plans and productivity ratios.
• Identify talent for growth and development.
• Drive plans to ensure Store Merchandisers are optimally utilized to achieve the weekly & monthly Targets.

5. Productivity Ratio assessment
