Position:         Manager - Project Procurement

Location:        Ahemdabad

Experience:    10 - 15 Years

Industries:     Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Develop procurement plans for the project, ensuring alignment with the project scope, budget, and timeline.
• Identify and assess project procurement requirements in consultation with the project manager and other stakeholders
• Identify potential suppliers and vendors based on project needs, conducting market research to ensure the best value and quality.
• Lead the supplier selection process, including issuing RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFQs (Requests for Quotes), and evaluating bids.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors, ensuring favorable contracts are in place.
• Ensure procurement activities are conducted within budget constraints.
• Monitor procurement expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
• Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality and timelines.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and ensure timely reporting to project stakeholders.
• Provide regular procurement status updates to project management.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
