Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Ensure that equipment and machinery runs smoothly and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and fix any mechanical, electrical, or operational issues
- Monitor employees to ensure they work efficiently and meet production quotas
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with the design of equipment and organize layout within the facility
- Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings
- Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed
- Communicate each day's activities and problems that occur to the other shifts
