Position:         HR Executive

Location:         Daman

Experience:     2 - 4 Years

Responbilites

• Employee Life Cycle Management
• Handle end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit management.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Blue-Collar Workforce Management
• Manage day-to-day HR operations for shop floor employees.
• Address grievances, absenteeism, and conduct regular engagement activities.
• Work on improving employee relations and retention strategies.
• Prepare OT and Absenteeism Data for analysis
• Assist in implementing skilling and training programs for workers.
• Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and ensure timely statutory filings.
• Oversee contract labor management and coordinate with contractors.
• Employee Engagement & Welfare
• Drive employee engagement initiatives for the workforce.
• Handle grievance redressal and conflict resolution.
• Plan and implement HR policies to improve work culture.

Skills Required:

•  Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
•  Practical experience in blue-collar employee management.
•  Good knowledge of payroll processing, grievance handling, and HR policies.
•  Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills along with solution-oriented mindset.

Required Qualification: - MSW/MBA/PGDM - HR

Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
