Position:            Executive - Sales & Marketing 

Location:           Ahmedabad

Experience:        3 - 5 Years

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for residential projects
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, including client interactions, negotiations, and closures.
• Handle legal aspects of real estate transactions, including banakhat, sale deed, dastavej registration, and loan procedures.
• Coordinate with banks, legal advisors, and government authorities for property documentation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns for lead generation.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention.
• Client On boarding: Assisting in on boarding new clients; Ensuring smooth on boarding of new clients by coordinating.
• Engaging with Clients on Calls and via Emails.

 Required Skills:

• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: -  Upto 4.20 LPA
