Job Description:

Execution of the sales and marketing plan for the project set by HOD.    

Marketing of fasteners and identify new customer on the responsible territory and preparing sales based presentations

Techno-commercial discussion, price negotiation and order finalization.    
Underst the and local market and customer needs and develop a strategy to cater the same.    
Manage & develop cooperation with distributor partners in the region.    
Providing high level of customer service, responding to customer need and working to    
satisfy customer expectation.    
 
Perform a SWOT analysis for own territory market, collect information about competition    
current market share and customer feedback.    
Coordination with engineering/design team of a customer for better understanding about the    
requirement and communicate all specific design requirements to ARI design team.    
Handling product quotations.    
Payment collection within the credit period given and C form collection.    
Timely redressal of pre & post sales customer queries.    
Map market potential based on various parameters, set targets accordingly to ensure    
profitability.    
Provide inputs/feedback for strategy formulation and ensure execution of the same.    
Attend training programs (behavioral/ technical), seminars conducted/sponsored by    
company.    
 
Initiate self-learning and gain knowledge of other skills, regular participation in the exhibition,    
trade fares etc.

Should be able to speak in English, should be aggressive in sales.

Skill: Industriel Product Marketing

Experience: Min 2 Years in Industriel Product Sales or Marketing

Reporting To: Zonal Manager

Salary: up to 3.00 Lac(s)
