Position:      Sr.Manager-Production

Location:         Vapi

Responblites

• To achieve monthly production goals
• Active involvement with sales & planning
• Overall management of the Machine shop
• Overseeing trials of new parts with proper documentation
• Managing stocks of cutting tools and other key consumables and requesting supplies as required.
• Working with the Quality team to establish Quality Control plans for new parts.
• Lead a team of supervisors and operators including allocating daily/weekly tasks.
• Training & mentoring to operators
• Providing technical input on matters such as tooling selection, processing
• parameters, work holding, processing sequence & finishing.
• Work with Maintenance team and ensure Preventative maintenance and cleaning of machines according to plan.
• Managing outsourced vendors
• Co-ordination & supervision of overall production.
• Able to do continuous improvement in process though KAIZEN.
• Preferred skills to lean manufacturing, line balancing and FMEA.

Required Skills :-

• Preparation of Production budget.
• Exposure to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
• CNC Turning, VMC operations, settings.
• Cost estimation of new developed parts.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech- Mechanical

Salary:- Upto 15.00 LPA
