Job Description:
A "National Sales Manager - Affordable Housing" job description entails overseeing the nationwide sales strategy for an affordable housing finance company, leading a team of sales professionals to achieve disbursement targets, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure a healthy portfolio by leveraging deep knowledge of the affordable housing market and credit policies, while actively building relationships with builders, brokers, and potential customers within the low-income housing segment. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Leadership:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to maximize market penetration and achieve sales goals within the affordable housing sector.

  • Sales Performance Monitoring:

Required Skills and Experience:
