Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Advertising)

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing paid social media campaigns, specifically on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram). You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, while ensuring measurable ROI for our clients or company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Management:

    • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping Ads).
    • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and competitive analysis to optimize ad performance.
    • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
    • Analyze campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Meta Advertising (Facebook/Instagram):

    • Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for various objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
    • Utilize Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite to manage and optimize campaigns.
    • Develop audience segmentation strategies and test different ad formats (carousel, video, collection ads).
    • Monitor and track ad performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Strategy and Campaign Planning:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective ad strategies and campaign plans for different business objectives.
    • Identify trends, insights, and audience preferences to enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • Work with the content team to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and creative assets.
  • Reporting and Analytics:

    • Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, including cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-action (CPA), click-through-rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other KPIs.
    • Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics tools to track and report on the success of campaigns.
  • Optimization and Testing:

    • Regularly test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies to enhance ad performance.
    • Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage potential customers and improve conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in running and managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices for paid social media campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Ads tools, Facebook Ads Manager, and other related tools/platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data to optimize strategies.
  • Ability to create high-quality, engaging ad copy and visual content.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Insights, and other tracking and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Google Ads (Google Ads Search, Display, and YouTube).
  • Certification in Meta Ads (Facebook Blueprint or similar).
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and how they integrate with paid advertising.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C advertising strategies.
