Sales & Business Development:

Drive sales of affordable housing loan products to achieve business targets.

Develop and implement strategies to capture the affordable housing market.

Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.

Channel Management:

Build and manage relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and channel partners.

Train and motivate channel partners to generate leads and drive conversions.
-

Customer Relationship Management:
-
Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable loan products.
-
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer queries/issues promptly.

Credit & Risk Assessment:
-
Coordinate with the credit and risk teams for seamless loan processing and approvals.

Ensure compliance with the NBFC’s credit policies and guidelines.

Team Management & Leadership:
-
Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives/Officers.
-
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular training sessions.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Conduct periodic audits to ensure all processes align with internal and external compliance standards.
