Job Description:
  1. Sales & Business Development:

    • Drive sales of affordable housing loan products to achieve business targets.

    • Develop and implement strategies to capture the affordable housing market.

    • Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.

  2. Channel Management:

    • Build and manage relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and channel partners.

    • Train and motivate channel partners to generate leads and drive conversions.

  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable loan products.

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer queries/issues promptly.

  4. Credit & Risk Assessment:

    • Coordinate with the credit and risk teams for seamless loan processing and approvals.

    • Ensure compliance with the NBFC’s credit policies and guidelines.

  5. Team Management & Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives/Officers.

    • Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular training sessions.

  6. Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.

    • Conduct periodic audits to ensure all processes align with internal and external compliance standards.
