Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: NSP, Delhi
Working Days: 6 days working (10 AM to 7 PM)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and brand presence within the FMCG or Pharma sector(recent experience (at least 5 Years) in
Business Development for Domestic & Exports market in Aerosol based products, Household care products, fragrances, Cosmetics & other Personal Care Products). Thisrole involves leading a team of
sales and marketing professionals, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution
 Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
 Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
 Create and manage annual sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
2. Sales Management
 Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
 Establish sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular reports on sales metrics.
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
3. Marketing and Brand Management
 Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.
 Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
 Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative and promotional activities.
4. Product Management
 Work closely with product development teams to ensure market needs are met.
 Launch new products effectively and manage the lifecycle of existing products.
 Analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
5. Customer Insights and Relationship Management
 Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
 Develop and implement customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives.
 Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

 Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
