Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and brand presence within the FMCG or Pharma sector(recent experience (at least 5 Years) in
Business Development for Domestic & Exports market in Aerosol based products, Household care products, fragrances, Cosmetics & other Personal Care Products). Thisrole involves leading a team of
sales and marketing professionals, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Create and manage annual sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
2. Sales Management
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Establish sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular reports on sales metrics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
3. Marketing and Brand Management
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative and promotional activities.
4. Product Management
Work closely with product development teams to ensure market needs are met.
Launch new products effectively and manage the lifecycle of existing products.
Analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
5. Customer Insights and Relationship Management
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Develop and implement customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
