Responsibilities
- Operate JCB equipment safely and smoothly
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Communicate with supervisors and team members
- Inspect work sites and equipment for hazards
- Complete paperwork and documentation
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge
Tasks
Backfilling, Digging, Gravel spreading, Sloping, Banking, Trenching, Land excavation, Rock braking, Earth drilling, and Pole planting.
Qualifications Diploma, 10th or 12th pass, Diploma in Mechanical, and Any Postgraduate.
Other considerations
- JCB operators are licensed individuals who report to a supervisor or foreman
- They are skilled in the use of bulldozers, excavators, rollers, trenchers, compactors, and other equipment
- They operate from a cabin where they control the whole system
