Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Head (Projects) , who will be the given the freedom to structure his own team, performance-oriented compensation and bonuses. This unique opportunity to create a profit centre within the comforts of an established brand is rare. Further, successful handling of our largest, the Palghar project will automatically promote to the next higher role
of MMR Head, with responsibility of a new launch worth INR 400 crores in Panvel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, leading high-performing teams, and building
strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve Productivity
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and construction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales strategies and improve performance
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact sales performance
  • Responsible to meet Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Targets for the respective projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Min. 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of driving sales growth
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Go getter, walking the talk, influential and path breaker
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and provide insights
  • Strong connections with leading channel partners and engage with networking groups to generate continuous business and strong penetration among corporate clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent
- Experience working with CRM software like Salesforce.
- Strong network of contacts in the real estate industry
