Job Description:
Client Acquisition & Business Development:
- Acquire new priority banking clients through referrals, networking, and market outreach.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay updated on wealth management trends.
Wealth Advisory & Relationship Management:
- Understand client needs, risk profiles, and financial goals to provide personalized wealth management solutions.
- Offer a range of banking and investment products, including mutual funds, insurance, structured products, and lending solutions.
- Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, and external partners to deliver holistic wealth solutions.
- Regularly review client portfolios and provide strategic recommendations based on market conditions.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and investment recommendations.
- Mitigate risks by conducting thorough due diligence and ensuring proper documentation.
Sales & Revenue Management:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including client acquisition, portfolio growth, and cross-sell ratios.
- Drive fee income by promoting value-added products and services.
