Job Description:

Client Acquisition & Business Development:

  • Acquire new priority banking clients through referrals, networking, and market outreach.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay updated on wealth management trends.

Wealth Advisory & Relationship Management:

  • Understand client needs, risk profiles, and financial goals to provide personalized wealth management solutions.
  • Offer a range of banking and investment products, including mutual funds, insurance, structured products, and lending solutions.
  • Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, and external partners to deliver holistic wealth solutions.
  • Regularly review client portfolios and provide strategic recommendations based on market conditions.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and investment recommendations.
  • Mitigate risks by conducting thorough due diligence and ensuring proper documentation.

Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, including client acquisition, portfolio growth, and cross-sell ratios.
  • Drive fee income by promoting value-added products and services.
