Job Description:

 We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Fresher Import-Export Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a keen interest in international trade, excellent communication skills, and a passion for client relationship management. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and operations teams to support the growth of our import-export business and build strong relationships with clients and vendors globally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the import-export sector.
2.  Support the preparation and submission of sales proposals and quotations.
3.  Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
4.  Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
5.  Track and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to clients.
6.  Use CRM software to maintain client records and manage sales leads, ensuring follow-ups and updates are timely.
7.  Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8.  Maintain professional relationships with existing clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
9.  Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
10.  Support administrative tasks related to the import-export process, including documentation, invoicing, and compliance.

 Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, presentations, and other documentation.
