• Supervising production activities to meet production targets
• Production Output vs. Target
• Production report - process parameter sheet, first part approval, in process quality control etc
• Monitoring inventory levels, raw material availability, and production capacity to avoid delays.
• Identifying and resolve production bottlenecks, ensuring efficient use of labor and materials.
• Trial of any new colour developments / new Molds trial and preparing reports
• Track and report key production metrics, including efficiency, downtime, and waste reduction.
• Implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Making all parts operator guidance sheet.

Required Skills:

• Proven 4 plus years of experience in Mold production, preferably in the houseware or consumer goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, inventory management, and material planning (MRP/ERP systems preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle production challenges effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and production tracking tools.

Qualification:

•  Diploma in Plastic Technology/Plastic Mold Technology
