CENTER MANAGER
Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the Overall Day to Day Operations and Running of the Center.
Managing all Staff & Coordinating their day to day activities
Supervise the Maintenance and Cleanliness of the center.
Handling the Birthdays & Events at the Center from Booking to Execution
Prepare Daily and Monthly MIS reports & Maintain Basic Accounts & Petty Cash for the
Center & reporting to head office
Co-ordinate with Suppliers.
Managing Guest Relations and Front Desk Operations & Attending to Client Queries.
Handling the Marketing Related Activities for the Center.
Supervising and Overlook the F&B Operations of the Center.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Should be able to lead and manage a team.
Should be detail oriented and have good people skills.
Should have client facing experience.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Should have high level execution skills.
Should have good communication skills.
