POST NAME – STORE KEEPER CUM ADMIN

QUALIFICATION- PGDCA

Key Responsibilities: Store Keeping:

 Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock in the store.

 Organize and manage inventory, ensuring all materials, tools, and supplies are properly stored and accessible.

 Monitor stock levels and notify management of the need for restocking or ordering new items.

 Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and properly maintained.

 Conduct regular stock audits and assist in the preparation of reports on inventory levels and usage.

 Process requisitions and issue materials to departments based on requests.

 Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures when handling materials and stock.

 Coordinate with vendors for the delivery of supplies and manage goods receipt processes. Administrative Duties:

 Prepare and maintain employee attendance records, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of work hours and leave.

 Coordinate with HR and payroll departments to provide attendance data for processing employee salaries.

 Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data ent ry, and preparing reports for management.

 Handle correspondence, maintain office supplies, and perform general clerical tasks as required.

 Assist in scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and preparing documentation for office meetings or conferences.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including leave balances, overtime, and shift schedules.

 Assist with the on boarding process of new employees and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.

EXPERIENCE- 3-5 YEARS SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS- IN RAGE OF 20 TO 25K AND ACCOMANDATION WILL BE PROVID TO THE CANDIDATE.
