Job Description:

POST NAME – COAL WASHERY OPERATOR

NUMBER OF POST – 03

QUALIFICATION- ITI , DIPLOMA ,B.SC

Key Responsibilities:

 Operate and monitor coal washing equipment, including crushers, screens, separators, and conveyors, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.

 Ensure that the washing process adheres to quality standards and specifications by adjusting machine settings and controls as necessary.  Regularly inspect machinery and equipment for any signs of wear, malfunction, or damage, and promptly report issues for repairs.

 Monitor the quality of washed coal, ensuring that it meets the required grade and specifications.

 Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including machine performance, coal output, and any maintenance activities.

 Troubleshoot and resolve any operational problems related to the washing process and equipment.

 Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

 Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to ensure the equipment operates efficiently.

 Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment.

 Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials and by-products generated during the washing process.

 Assist in the loading and unloading of coal to ensure the efficient transfer of materials within the plant.

 Participate in team meetings to discuss operational performance, safety concerns, and process improvements.

EXPERIENCE- 5 YEAR AND ABOVE (Experience in coal washery operations or in a similar testing environment will be prefred)

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS- IN RAGE OF 20 TO 25K AND ACCOMANDATION WILL BE PROVID TO THE CANDIDATE.
