Job Description:

POST NAME – SITE SUPERVISOR

NUMBER OF POST – 02

QUALIFICATION- GRADUATE

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the coal washery, ensuring the production process runs efficiently.

 Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring all machines and systems are maintained and repaired promptly to avoid downtime.

 Monitor and control all washery processes to ensure optimal performance and quality output.

 Ensure that safety protocols are followed strictly by all personnel on site, including the correct use of PPE and compliance with health and safety standards.

 Manage a team of technicians and workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

 Plan and supervise scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment, including conveyors, crushers, screens, pumps, and electrical systems.

 Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify and resolve potential issues.

 Track and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement in both maintenance and process operations.

 Ensure the availability of required tools, materials, and spare parts to carry out maintenance work efficiently.

 Liaise with the management team to report on operational progress, maintenance schedules, and resource requirements.

 Maintain proper documentation related to maintenance activities, operational reports, and safety inspections.

 Handle troubleshooting and problem-solving for operational or mechanical failures, coordinating with relevant teams as needed.

 Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and proper waste management practices at the washery.

EXPERIENCE- 2-3 YEAR AND ABOVE (Experience in coal washery operations or in a similar testing environment will be prefred

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS- IN RAGE OF 10 TO 12K AND ACCOMANDATION WILL BE PROVID TO THE CANDIDATE.
