Role: Manager – Customer Success (Education)
Position Summary: The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and adoption of Coltec Global’s interactive displays and digital content solutions. This role combines product expertise with customer engagement, focusing on demos, product positioning, onboarding, and training sessions. The CSM ensures a smooth customer journey from introduction to full implementation, fostering strong relationships and supporting long-term success. Regular travel to client locations is a key component of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Demonstrations & Positioning Conduct engaging product demos to showcase the value of Coltec Global’s solutions. Tailor product positioning to align with the specific needs of educational institutions.
2. Onboarding & Implementation Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless setup and deployment of solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any onboarding challenges.
3. Training & Customer Enablement Deliver comprehensive training sessions to ensure customers maximize the use of the products. Develop and share training materials tailored to customer requirements.
4. Travel & Onsite Support Travel frequently to client locations for demos, training, and support. 5. Reporting & Feedback Maintain detailed records in Zoho Bigin (CRM App) for tracking activities and customer feedback.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Demos Conducted: Consistent execution of scheduled demos.
• Onboarding Success Rate: Smooth implementation for all assigned customers.
• Customer Engagement: Regular touchpoints and proactive relationship management.
• Training Effectiveness: Positive feedback and increased product adoption.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools
