Job Description:
Position: Manager - QA/QC (HSE)
Location: Silvassa
Experience: 8 - 10 Years
Industry : Plastic
Responsibilities:
- Customer Complaint Handling:
- Manage customer complaints effectively, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Investigate the root cause of complaints and communicate findings with the production and quality control teams.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to respond to and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Prepare reports related to customer complaints, including corrective actions taken.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all products meet the quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee the implementation of quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to monitor product quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality compliance for raw materials used in production.
- Documentation and Compliance (ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001):
- Maintain and manage all documentation related to ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management).
- Ensure that the company adheres to ISO standards through proper documentation and regular audits.
- Assist in the preparation and review of documentation for ISO certification, audits, and renewals.
- Provide training and guidance to employees to ensure ISO compliance across departments.
- Internal NC (Non-Conformance) Monitoring:
- Monitor internal non-conformances (NCs) related to quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure NCs are addressed and corrected promptly.
- Ensure that corrective actions are taken, documented, and tracked.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring non-conformances and suggest preventive measures.
- Track and report NC trends to senior management.
