Job Description:

 Position:         Manager - QA/QC (HSE)

Location:        Silvassa

Experience:     8 - 10 Years

Industry :       Plastic

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Complaint Handling:
  • Manage customer complaints effectively, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Investigate the root cause of complaints and communicate findings with the production and quality control teams.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to respond to and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Prepare reports related to customer complaints, including corrective actions taken.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all products meet the quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee the implementation of quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to monitor product quality.
  • Collaborate with production teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality compliance for raw materials used in production.
  • Documentation and Compliance (ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001):
  • Maintain and manage all documentation related to ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management).
  • Ensure that the company adheres to ISO standards through proper documentation and regular audits.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of documentation for ISO certification, audits, and renewals.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees to ensure ISO compliance across departments.
  • Internal NC (Non-Conformance) Monitoring:
  • Monitor internal non-conformances (NCs) related to quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure NCs are addressed and corrected promptly.
  • Ensure that corrective actions are taken, documented, and tracked.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring non-conformances and suggest preventive measures.
  • Track and report NC trends to senior management.

Required Qualification: - Any Engineering/B.Sc
