Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
    • Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the company.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
    • Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee issues and implementing conflict resolution strategies.
  3. Performance Management:

    • Oversee and facilitate performance appraisal processes.
    • Provide guidance to managers on employee performance improvement plans.
  4. Compliance and Policy Development:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards.
    • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:

    • Administer payroll, compensation structures, and employee benefits programs.
    • Conduct market analysis and surveys to maintain competitive compensation levels.
  6. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and create development programs for employees.
    • Promote professional growth within the organization.
  7. HR Metrics and Reporting:

    • Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
    • Prepare reports on employee turnover, recruitment, and other HR functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  •  years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with employee engagement strategies.
