HR Manager (Full-Time)

  • Preferably female with 10+ years of experience in HR management.
  • Expertise in policy formulation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Skilled in KRA (Key Result Areas) development and performance management.
  • Proficient in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Strong experience in union-related documentation and dispute resolution.
  • Ability to handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace harmony.
  • Experienced in designing and implementing training and development programs.
  • Ensures smooth execution of payroll management and employee benefits.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with employee engagement strategies.
