Job Description:

Position:         Brand Marketing Manager

Location:         Gurugram

Experience:     7 - 8 Years

Industries:      Jewellery

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity & Positioning: Own the brand positioning – create ideas that have impact and render them into effective end to end communication, design language and online brand properties.
  • Digital Strategy: Create the digital strategy for the brand across multiple channels and mediums and lead the consumer acquisition process. Own the website content and assets.
  • Social Media: Own the social media assets and design relevant social connect and engagement strategy for the brand.
  • Performance Marketing: Deep understanding of performance marketing channels like Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Affiliate etc.
  • Consumer Journey: Run multiple design prototypes across various digital platforms and design a solid consumer journey across various touch points which result in 2-3x growth in consumer acquisition.
  • Brand Campaigns: Conceptualize, plan, and execute brand activation and events that create a strong brand presence and memorable experiences for customers.
  • Marketing Calendar: Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar, outlining key promotional activities, campaigns, and events aligned with the brand’s strategy and business goals.
  • Consumer & Competition Understanding: Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities to identify potential areas for brand differentiation. Keep up with the competition, market and consumer - constantly bench marking the shift in trends
  • Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activation, analysis and learning, providing regular reports.
  • Agency & Team Handling: Collaborate with internal teams and handle agencies, including sales, PR, digital marketing, and customer service, to align marketing efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touch points.
