Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Production Processes: Oversee and document the production process to
ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct Inspections and Tests: Perform routine inspections and quality tests on raw
materials and finished products to identify potential food safety issues and deviations
from established standards.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food
safety regulations. Prepare and present quality assurance reports and documentation.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Review and update SOPs for food safety and
quality assurance.
- Training: Train staff on proper food handling procedures to maintain a hygienic
production environment.
- Audit Participation: Participate in audits carried out by internal teams or external
regulatory bodies.
- Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the production team to implement
appropriate food safety measures and make necessary improvements or corrections
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology,
Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-4 Years Previous experience in food quality assurance or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sanitation
practices and food safety regulations.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
