Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of expertise in sales, particularly in the Orthopedic and Gynecology sectors. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory (Kolkata). The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of building and managing strong customer relationships, as well as a deep understanding of the medical device and pharmaceutical industries in Orthopedics and Gynecology.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market penetration goals in the Orthopedic and Gynecology sectors.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs and customer expectations.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and distributors in the region.
- Engage and maintain regular communication with orthopedic surgeons, gynecologists, and relevant medical practitioners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing concerns or inquiries.

Product Knowledge & Training:
- Stay current with industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings in the Orthopedic and Gynecology fields.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals, ensuring in-depth product knowledge and usage understanding.

Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both Orthopedic and Gynecology products.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on progress to senior management.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs in the Orthopedic and Gynecology sectors.
- Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, and promotional strategies to adjust sales tactics and maintain competitive advantage.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Participate in product development and feedback processes to enhance the company's offerings.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
