Job Description -

 

  • responsible for generating leads  and selling loan products.
  • building relationships with potential customers.
  • while also adhering to lending regulations and company policies
  • Understanding the customer's requirements and ensuring quick service delivery.
  • Managing Loan sales and accountable for increasing profitable sales growth, as per targets.
  • Overall ownership of Loans business for the locations/cluster assigned.
  •  Managing weighted IRR for profitable growth.
  •  Dealer/DSA Management/Open market
  •  Achieve Profit Targets for the cluster of locations assigned
  •  Achieving sales targets set for the cluster by ensuring 100% compliance.
  •  Staffing and grooming, team building, motivation, satisfaction and minimal attrition.
  •  Ensuring the delinquency ratio stays downbeat for his portfolio.
