Job Summary

Client is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth, digital presence, and performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who understands fashion, customer psychology, and brand storytelling — and can manage end-to-end marketing, from content to performance ads.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Marketing

Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and sales.

Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other platforms.

Create high-quality reels & video content aligned with brand identity.

Write engaging ad copies, captions, and campaign messaging.

Manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) and coordinate with agencies if required.

Optimize campaigns for metrics like ROAS, CTR, conversions, CPA.


Influencer & Blogger Collaborations

Identify and partner with relevant influencers & fashion bloggers.

Negotiate deliverables and manage collaboration outcomes.

Build long-term ambassador relationships.


Brand & Content

Build strong storytelling and positioning for new collections & launches.

Develop lookbooks, campaign scripts, and thematic storytelling.

Work closely with design & product teams for new launches.


Analytics & Reporting

Track marketing KPIs: traffic, engagement, conversions, retention.

Prepare weekly performance reports and actionable insights.

Identify new trends, platforms, ad formats, and opportunities.


Community & CRM

Manage and engage customer community across platforms.

Oversee WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, and retention flows.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, fashion marketing, or D2C brand growth.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Reels creation, influencer marketing, and content strategy.

Excellent copywriting & storytelling skills.

Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva / Adobe) preferred.

Strong communication, creativity, and leadership ability.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth.

Fashion / apparel / D2C brand experience strongly preferred.

Understanding of ethnic & fusion wear segment and female consumer behavior.
