Job Description:

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement Kinaxis Maestro, ensuring customization and thorough documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Kinaxis Maestro.
  • Define project briefs, assess costs, and coordinated integration with related projects and suppliers.
  • Analyze system requirements and manage change requests.
  • Plan and oversee small to medium projects, ensuring On Time In Full Delivery.
  • Align roadmaps with business needs and ensure service level adherence.
  • Deliver services per Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Create user training materials.
  • Ensure timely ticket resolution in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive process improvements by optimizing information flows and reducing waste.
  • Enhance data quality and system connectivity.
     

 

Requirements

 

  • At least a bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business field (e.g., Computer Science, MBA).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with relevant application environments and development tools.
  • Hands-on experience as a Kinaxis Rapid Response Solution Developer/Consultant, with end-to-end expertise in solution development and integration with SAP ERP.
  • Strong consulting, project management, and cross-cultural skills in international environments.
  • International experience and adaptability to changing processes and technologies.
  • Independent, proactive, and communicative with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical with a fact-based, persuasive approach.
