Job Description:

• Sales Operations Management:

  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of the sales team, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes. 
     
  • Manage sales quotas, develop and implement sales incentive programs, and track sales performance. 
     
  • Prepare and manage sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement. 
     
• Sales Support:

  • Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as preparing presentations, managing leads, and processing orders. 
     
  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM systems. 
     
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure seamless sales operations. 
     
• Customer Relations:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. 
     
  • Manage customer relationships, identify potential opportunities, and work to retain existing customers. 
     
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure timely delivery of products or services. 
     
• Team Management:

  • Motivate and train sales staff, providing guidance and support to improve performance. 
     
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance sales skills. 
     
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
