Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive's personal/calendar, scheduling personal/ work appointments,
meetings, and travel arrangements, while optimizing time and prioritizing conflicting
demands.
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external
stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail,
providing timely responses or redirecting to appropriate team members.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of
the executive.
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agenda
preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes.
Conduct research and gather information on various topics to support decision-making and
preparation for meetings or projects.
Manage expense reports and budget tracking for the executive, ensuring accuracy and
adherence to company policies.
Assist in the preparation of board materials, reports, and presentations as required.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations and a
positive work environment.
Provide ad hoc administrative support to other team members when necessary.

Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting high-level
executives.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent command of grammar and
spelling.
Proficiency in using productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the
organization.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Knowledge of travel planning and coordination is a plus.
Familiarity with project management tools or software is a plus.
