Job Description:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Generate leads and conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- Set up meetings with potential clients to listen to their needs and concerns
- Present and promote our products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report results to management.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with marketing to align strategies and promotional activities.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.
- Continuously improve sales processes and personal performance through feedback and training.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 4+ years experience in sales or sales support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical Skills:
- CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency
- Lead Generation & Prospecting.
