Quality Engineer -HPS/2025/166

Job Description:

• Quality Assurance & Control:

  • Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures. 
     
  • Monitor and test the quality of raw materials, components, and finished products. 
     
  • Identify and analyze potential quality issues and defects. 
     
  • Ensure products meet specifications and industry standards. 
     
  • Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards. 
     
  • Update and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS). 
     
• Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. 
     
  • Develop and implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques. 
     
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, manufacturing) to address quality issues. 
     
  • Analyze data to identify trends and root causes of problems. 
     
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventative actions. 
     
• Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports and procedures. 
     
  • Track and report quality data and metrics. 
     
  • Document findings and recommendations for improvement.
