Job Description:
Co-ordinating with sales team for business acquisition and drive growth at PAN level for asset products.
- Formulate and implement sales plans for various asset products at channel level across India for achieving targets
- Regularly engage with Area Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and Premium Relationship Managers to drive business growth & streamline processes.
- Facilitate training on an ongoing basis to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the channel
- Work closely with sales team to scale business for the channel. Launch and execute channel campaigns
- Evaluate, benchmark and identify best practices adopted across industry and drive its implementation for the business.
- Analyse business trends, manage campaigns, tracking and fulfilments of promotional contest
- Liaise with Respective Product Managers to scale up businesses, start-new product lines across Assets, extract PA/PQ base for Asset products
- He will be involved in driving conversion on campaigns across Acquisition and Relationship Management Channel for all asset products
Job Requirements
- Understanding of both channel management and Assets
- Ability to influence/Relationships Managements skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Attention to details – For identifying operational misses and process gaps
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong project managements and organizational skills
