Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Service
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude.
- Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
✅ Cash Handling & POS Operations
- Operate the cash register and process payments (cash, card, digital).
- Ensure correct billing and provide receipts to customers.
✅ Cleaning & Maintenance
- Keep dining, kitchen, and service areas clean and organized.
- Sanitize tables, utensils, and equipment regularly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
✅ Teamwork & Communication
- Work efficiently with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Follow instructions from managers and shift supervisors.
- Maintain a positive attitude and support teammates.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus (but not required).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
