Junior Engineer

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in site supervision, ensuring construction activities align with approved designs and standards.
• Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain construction documentation.
• Assist in quantity estimation, material procurement, and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams for design and execution alignment.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Identify and report any construction issues, proposing solutions to minimize delays.
• Assist in testing materials, concrete mix designs, and quality control checks.
• Utilize AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools for documentation and reporting.
• Support the implementation of safety measures and conduct toolbox talks when required.
• Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Assist in resolving technical queries and troubleshooting engineering challenges.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and innovative construction techniques.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the senior engineering team.
  Should have good experience as a finishing engineer.
