This company provides metal Tech Factory is a state-for the art manufacturing branch in Dammam, Where our highly skilled workforce design, Fabricate, assemble, test Gas Modular skids, oil modular skids, chemical injection skids, pressure deduction skids, multiphase flow meter skids, atmospheric vessels, all type of metallic piping spools and structures Fabrication and many other industry- essential products for major end clients including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, Schlumberger, Sipchem and others.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and certified NDE Supervisor to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and will play a pivotal role in ensuring product integrity and compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and document control skills to maintain high-quality inspection standards across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise NDE activities, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and procedures.
- Develop, write, and review NDT procedures, inspection plans, and technical documentation.
- Conduct and oversee testing using various NDT methods, including Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT),and Visual Testing (VT).
- Ensure appropriate inspection techniques are employed to assess the integrity of cast and forged components.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to NDT technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Review and approve inspection reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and customer requirements.
- Maintain records of inspections, certifications, and NDT equipment calibration.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASME, ASTM, ISO, and other applicable guidelines.
- Assist in audits and inspections conducted by clients or regulatory authorities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certified NDT Level 3in RT, UT, MT, PT, and VT (mandatory).
- 15-20 years of experiencein NDE inspection, preferably with cast and forged parts.
- Proven experience in writing and reviewing procedures, scan plans, and technical documents.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection techniques, and NDT equipment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
l Experience in managing inspection activities in manufacturing or heavy industry environments.
l Familiarity with digital reporting tools and NDT software.
