Job Description:

• Costing, Sourcing, Negotiation
• Sampling and Development
• Taking approval of samples and developments
• Prepare and Follow up on Time and Action (T&A) calendar.
• Internal & external communication
• Prepare and confirm order sheets
• On-time Accessories & trims in-housing
• Coordinate with the commercial closely.
• Arrange final inspections and invite buyer QC
• Follow production and planning status for on-time delivery

Description:

1. Always preparing the plans and production schedules for manufacturing Garments.
2. To collect P.O. / Order sheet from concerned Head office Merchandiser / Department.
3. To follow up in all stages of production in the factory from sample making to shipment.
4. To keep close contact with central store to know the actual In-house status of all relevant production materials and inform the same to factory Management in well ahead.
5. Drawing up the master schedule to establish production sequence and lead time of each production to meet export dates according to customer orders.
6. Exploring production specifications and maintaining the factory capacity data.
7. To improve the production and distribution process applying the knowledge of supply chain and distribution management.
8. Preparing a plan and schedules workflow for the each department.
9. manage Excel report and report analysis , 
10. B2B sales , also handling client coordination . 
11. International and domestic sales .
