Job Description:

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our fast-paced, remote-first team. The ideal candidate is proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies and is passionate about building high-quality, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL.
•⁠  ⁠Craft responsive and modern user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.
•⁠  ⁠Design, build, and maintain scalable databases with Sequelize ORM.
•⁠  ⁠Integrate front-end UI with robust server-side logic.
•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize new features.
•⁠  ⁠Ensure code quality and seamless deployment using version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (including ES6+ features) and extensive experience with Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, React.js, Tailwind CSS, and Sequelize ORM.
• Familiarity with React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Additional Details:
•⁠  ⁠*Travel Requirement:* The candidate is expected to travel to our Bangalore headquarters once every 6 months. All transportation and accommodation expenses will be fully covered by the company.

Interview Process:

The interview process will consist of 4 rounds:
1.⁠ ⁠*Round 1:* Screening interview conducted by you.
2.⁠ ⁠*Round 2:* A 10-minute call with our AI agent.
3.⁠ ⁠*Round 3:* Technical Interview 1 (30 minutes).
4.⁠ ⁠*Round 4:* Technical Interview 2 combined with a Culture Fit assessment (60 minutes).
