Job Description:
18.03.25   HPS/2025/187 Accounts / H.R Assistant Male 1 3 and above B.com
Accounting:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, bank deposits, and payroll processing. 
     
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. 
     
  • Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts receivable and payable. 
     
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations. 
     
  • Data Entry: Enter financial data accurately into accounting software. 
     
  • Invoice Processing: Process invoices, track payments, and reconcile accounts. 
     
Human Resources:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 
     
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new employees, including coordinating orientation and training sessions. 
     
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, employment contracts, and performance evaluations. 
     
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication. 
     
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, including time and attendance, deductions, and tax withholdings. 
     
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws. 
     
  • Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations matters, such as handling inquiries and resolving issues. 
     
  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including preparing and tracking performance reviews. 
     
  • Data Entry: Enter HR data accurately into HRIS systems. 
     
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized HR files and records.
