We are hiring a Designer Associate in Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Designer Associate

Reporting to: Senior Designer

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: In-hand: 30k | Gross: 32k

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Customer Consultation (CC) and ensure smooth customer interactions.

• Manage and maintain a good relationship with the team.

• Allocate and monitor target settlements among CCs.

• Track and analyze team performance compared to monthly targets.

• Provide customer handling support in-store and on-site when required.

• Assign responsibilities to team members efficiently.

• Conduct training sessions for new CC joiners.

• Organize refresher training for existing team members.

• Generate new leads and close sales successfully.

• Perform regular market visits in assigned geographic areas.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Designing/Fine Arts/Creative Field.

• Any graduate with a Diploma in Interior Designing is preferable.

• Age below 24 years.

• Minimum 50% academic score without year gaps.

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Previous Experience:

• Prior designing experience is required.
