Job Description:
18.03.25   HPS/2025/195 Operation (Excellance) Male 1 4 to 5 B.E
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identifying and analyzing operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
    • Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives, often using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
    • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
    • Facilitating Kaizen events and other process improvement workshops.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
    • Creating and presenting reports and dashboards to communicate performance data and insights.
  • Project Management:
    • Leading and managing operational improvement projects, from planning and execution to implementation and evaluation.
    • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Managing project stakeholders and communicating project progress.
  • Change Management:
    • Supporting the implementation of new processes and systems.
    • Communicating changes to employees and stakeholders.
    • Addressing resistance to change and ensuring successful adoption of new initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational issues.
    • Providing guidance and training to employees on operational excellence principles and tools.
    • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders. 
       
 
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, operations management, business administration). 
     
  • Experience: Proven experience in process improvement, project management, and/or operations. 
     
  • Methodologies: Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. 
     
  • Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. 
     
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
     
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams.
