Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to efficiently manage, update, and maintain company databases and records. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in the company’s database or software systems.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before inputting.
• Organize and store documents properly for easy access and reference.
• Review and correct errors in data entries.
• Generate reports and retrieve data as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company records.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• Fast and accurate typing skills (Minimum [mention WPM, e.g., 40+ WPM] preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
• Basic knowledge of databases and data management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or relevant certification.

Experience:

• Entry-Level: No prior experience required, training will be provided.
• Experienced: 1-3 years of experience in data entry or related field is a plus.
