Job Description:
As a Reheating Furnace Incharge, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the reheating furnace, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production schedules, while also overseeing maintenance and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Furnace Operation:
- Monitor and adjust furnace parameters (temperature, gas flow, etc.) to maintain optimal operating conditions.
- Load and unload materials (e.g., steel slabs) into the furnace, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Inspect furnace equipment for any defects or wear and tear.
- Monitor and adjust furnace parameters (temperature, gas flow, etc.) to maintain optimal operating conditions.

- Identify and address any equipment malfunctions or required repairs.
- Participate in planned maintenance activities and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
