Job Description:

JD:

  1. To be well conversant with Planning, Quantification and processing of bills.

  2. BOQ preparations.

  3. Developing cost estimates for project drawings, ensuring accuracy & adherence to budget.

  4. Quantity estimation of Civil work from Construction drawing.

  5. Planning and Supervising Daily activity of execution

  6. Coordination with MEP/Architect and other Department.

  7. Maintaining Daily Record of Manpower.

  8. Involved in Site Management and Project Planning.

  9. Must be well conversant with English, Hindi & Bengali.

 

Experience- 5-6 years (In residential projects)
