Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Closing Manager to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in closing transactions, with at least 3 years in the real estate industry. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the closing process, ensuring that all aspects of a real estate deal are handled efficiently and effectively. As a Closing Manager, you will also lead a team, providing direction, support, and training to ensure the successful completion of deals while maintaining excellent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Closing Process: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the closing process for real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing closing documents, contracts, and financial agreements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of closing specialists and support staff, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company processes and policies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, legal teams, brokers, and other stakeholders during the closing phase to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the closing process, from document discrepancies to last-minute complications.
• Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering their queries and ensuring they are well-informed throughout the closing process.
• Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensure that all closings comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all closing documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Training and Development: Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on closing procedures, communication skills, and customer service.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, legal, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and timely resolution of any issues related to closings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Closing Manager or in a similar role in real estate.
  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate specifically within the Gurgaon market.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, legal documents, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle complex transactions and work under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
  • Familiarity with real estate software and tools used for closing processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Real Estate or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with high-value transactions and clients.
• Knowledge of property laws and regulations in Gurgaon.
