Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and have a strong ability to engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide expert guidance in solution design and product demonstrations.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations to prospective clients, clearly explaining complex technical solutions in an accessible and engaging manner.
  • Develop and present tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Respond to client queries and concerns, ensuring clarity and offering effective solutions.
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and product capabilities.
  • Prepare and review RFPs, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing in-depth product knowledge and addressing client objections.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their evolving needs and presenting new solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales support role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific solutions and products (e.g., software, IT services, cloud solutions, etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations (PowerPoint, demonstrations, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
