Job Description:

Business/Technical Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the dynamics, trends, competitive environment and key factors for success in BB-Group’s products, operations and services.

Customer Relationships: Along with the sales and service teams, develop outstanding relationships with major customers to foster partnerships that ensure mutual performance and growth, while creating strategic advantage for the customer and BB-Group.

Sales:

  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-basedapproach
  • Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs
  • Analyse the market trends and the price development
  • Negotiate contracts with our customers
  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
  • Solving customer problems and complaints, supported by the Product Management
  • Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services
  • Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services
  • Participates in trade shows and conventions.

Service:

  • Preparing service offers, Protocols, and Invoices.
  • Visiting customer site for the hands-on service jobs. Like. Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, investigation.
  • Promoting spare part sales by means of creating awareness by minimum spare part management.
  • Coordinating with the sales and service team for deployment of service technicians on site.
  • Handling warranty claims, by means of collecting inputs from the customers and coordinating internally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • For this position, we are looking for a sales-oriented individual with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or production engineering (BE Mechanical/Production). Candidates with a combination of a Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering plus a BE degree will be preferred. The candidate should possess a high technical affinity and have several years (minimum 5 years) of experience in a similar role, preferably within a production company.
  • Experience with conveyors, rotating equipment, and heat exchangers will be highly valued. Additionally, knowledge of the machinery business or market expertise in the Chemical, Baking, Food, or Wood industries is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong entrepreneurial capabilities, a hands-on mentality, process orientation, and a commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Fluent business English and a willingness to travel are mandatory.
